Job summary

Hopebridge in Carmel, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for in-home visits with children on the autism spectrum. You will work directly with families in their homes, following treatment plans and collaborating with BCBA supervision to deliver therapy and track progress.

The role offers on-the-job training, a Monday–Friday schedule, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create a supportive environment to build skills and communication for children.
• Learn from BCBA supervision to provide autism therapy.
• Complete daily progress notes and monitor outcomes of intervention plans.
• Work with children to promote skill acquisition and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones with families and engage in positive activities.
