Job summary

Hopebridge in Edgewood, KY seeks an In-Home Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work directly with children and families in their environments. You’ll be part of a caring clinical team, gaining on-the-job training and BCBA-led guidance to implement therapy plans.

We offer paid RBT certification, a yearly development stipend, flat pay rate, benefits, PTO, 401(k) with company match, and a Monday–Friday schedule with opportunities to relocate across states.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition and functional communication for children.
• Learn from BCBA supervisors to provide therapy that improves outcomes.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation.
• Complete daily progress notes related to intervention plans.
• Support children in developing school readiness and social skills.
• Celebrate progress and milestones with children and families.
