Job summary

Hopebridge in South Bend, IN is hiring a Behavior Technician (BT) / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). You will support children with autism, learn from BCBAs, and help implement plans to improve communication, school readiness and social skills. Training is provided, with a clear path for RBT certification.

The role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, benefits, and opportunities to grow through internal development programs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide therapy that transforms lives.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the intervention plan.
• Work with children to support skill acquisition, functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate milestones and support families throughout the process.
