Job summary

Succeed ABA Arizona is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support in-home ABA services for children with Autism ages 1-21. The role focuses on implementing ABA interventions under supervision, collecting data, and communicating progress with families.

The position offers flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities, weekly pay, and access to benefits. Work location is in-person in Surprise, AZ, with a focus on consistent, high-quality care and collaboration

Qualifications

RBT Certification from BACB is required.
Valid Driver's License or reliable transportation is required.
Experience working with children and/or adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder is required.
Ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families is required.
Must pass a criminal background check is required.
Willingness to learn and receive feedback on performance is required.
Willingness to follow instructions and ask questions is required.
Demonstrate a passion for working with clients with developmental and social challenges is required.

Responsibilities

Provides applied behavior analysis (ABA) interventions to clients in natural environments.
Data collection, analysis, and preparation for presentation.
Coordinate with other program staff to ensure program consistency.
