FOX Rehabilitation is expanding in Spartanburg, SC, seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands-on in-home care. You will work with a supervising Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help them rebuild strength and confidence in the comfort of patients' homes.

Qualifikationen

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in SC or eligible to obtain license.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervising PT.
• Instruct and guide patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR per standards.
• Coordinate coverage with POAs and referral sources.
