Job summary

Serve Link Home Care, Inc. seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant to provide professional therapy in patients' homes or in our Physical Therapy Department. You will assist in rehabilitation and restoration of function under supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.

The role requires ability to follow Plan of Care, document timely, and participate in continuing education. Non-exempt, in-home care setting with patient rights and confidentiality emphasized.

Qualifications

• PTA graduate from a CACPT-accredited program.
• Current licensure from state Physical Therapy Board.
• CPR certification and driver’s license.
• Experience in rehab setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional physical therapy services under supervision.
• Assist in rehabilitation and restoration of function.
• Administer manual exercises and therapeutic activities.
• Document patient progress timely per policy.
• Conform to agency policies and participate in education.
