Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide in-home therapeutic services under the supervision of Physical Therapists. The role focuses on improving mobility and daily living skills for patients in a home care setting.

Responsibilities include delivering therapy using physical modalities and supporting patient independence, with a commitment to compassionate, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation in good working condition.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

• Assist patients with mobility and function under the direction of a Physical Therapist, using physical modalities.
• Support daily living skills and encourage independence during therapy sessions.
