Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home and senior living care in Vineland, NJ. You will work closely with a supervising Physical Therapist to implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help rebuild strength and confidence in a home-based geriatric setting.

You'll collaborate with an interdisciplinary team and benefit from built-in mentorship, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for clinical growth within FOX’s

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in state(s) of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT, adjusting activities based on patient response.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities, tracking progress.
• Document visits accurately in FOX EMR per documentation standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources and assist with coverage as needed.
