Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to deliver hands-on care in Chester, NJ, and surrounding communities. You’ll work closely with a supervising PT to implement individualized plans, guide exercises, and help patients regain strength and independence in their homes and senior living settings.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system following standards.
• Coordinate with patients, POAs, and referral sources and assist coverage when needed.
