Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants in West Roxbury, MA for in-home, one-on-one care with older adults in FOX's Geriatric House Calls model. You will implement individualized plans under a supervising PT, guide patients through exercises, and document progress in FOX's EMR.

A collaborative, mentor-supported team environment awaits you. You will join an interdisciplinary team; PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists collaborate to grow your clinical skills,

Qualifications

• Valid PT Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current CPR certification
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist
• Instruct and guide patients through exercises and functional activities
• Document visits accurately in FOX's EMR system per clinical standards
• Coordinate care and stay connected with patients, POAs, and referral sources
