Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is growing in Watertown, MA, and we’re seeking motivated, licensed Physical Therapist Assistants to provide hands-on care in patients’ homes and in senior living communities. You’ll work with a supervising Physical Therapist to carry out individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help rebuild strength and confidence through our Geriatric House Calls model.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice, or eligible to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX's EMR system and maintain standards.
• Coordinate care with POAs and community referral sources.
