Job summary

Fox Rehabilitation is hiring licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home and senior living care in Massachusetts. You will work under a supervising PT to implement personalized treatment plans and guide patients through exercises to improve strength and mobility.

The role emphasizes real, one-on-one patient time, mentorship from your supervising PT, and opportunities to grow your clinical skills within a collaborative, interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification and basic computer skills (Microsoft Office).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system and coordinate coverage when needed.
