Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation in Massachusetts offers in-home and senior living care through a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant. You will implement plans under supervision, guide patients through exercises, and maintain accurate documentation in FOX’s EMR.

Collaboration with the supervising PT and care team ensures high-quality, person-centered outcomes. As part of a clinician-driven culture, you’ll build strong patient relationships, grow your clinical skills, and have opportunities for mentorship

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapist Assistant license or be eligible to obtain one.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• CPR certification current.
• Basic computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans created by supervising Physical Therapist.
• Instruct, motivate and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately and on time in FOX’s EMR per Clinical Documentation standards.
• Coordinate care with patients, POAs and community referral sources; assist with coverage when needed.
