Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants in Englewood, NJ to deliver in-home, one-on-one care within the Geriatric House Calls model. Work with a supervising PT to implement plans, guide exercises, and support patients’ independence in their homes and senior living communities.

Join a collaborative team with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and Fitness Specialists, with mentorship and clear paths to grow clinical skills and caseloads in a supportive culture.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice or eligibility to obtain.
• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising PT.
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Stay connected with patients, POAs, and community referral sources.
