Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants in Fairfax, VA to provide in-home, one-on-one care to older adults under a supervising Physical Therapist. You will implement individualized treatment plans, guide patients through exercises, and help them regain strength and independence in their own homes.

Qualifications

• Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Current CPR certification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans under supervision of a PT.
• Instruct and motivate patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities.
• Document visits accurately in FOX’s EMR system.
• Coordinate care with PTs, OTs, SLPs and other staff.
