Job summary

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking licensed Physical Therapist Assistants for in-home care in Fairfax, VA. You will work closely with a supervising PT to implement customized treatment plans and guide patients through exercises in the comfort of their homes.

Join a collaborative, interdisciplinary team to grow clinically and manage your own caseload. Responsibilities include delivering PT-led plans, tracking progress, documenting visits in our EMR, and coordinating coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• PTA license in Virginia (or eligibility)
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• Current CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized treatment plans established by your supervising Physical Therapist, adjusting activities as needed
• Instruct, motivate, and safeguard patients through therapeutic exercises and functional activities
• Document visits accurately and on time within FOX's EMR system
• Coordinate coverage with the care team and maintain communication with patients and caregivers
