Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to manage your time and service area independently.
• Strong communication skills and a passion for helping patients regain function at home.
• Home-based care experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes.
• Perform therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Provide trigger-point techniques and educate patients and caregivers on home exercises and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.

Kenntnisse
