PT Near Me is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home therapy in Florida. Clinicians work one-on-one in patients' homes with autonomy and flexible scheduling, while the company handles scheduling and back-office tasks.

We offer per-visit compensation, opportunities to add visits, and a supportive team with streamlined documentation tools. This is a contract/PRN/part-time position delivering home-health rehab across Gainesville and surrounding areas.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• Knowledge of outpatient/home rehab techniques, anatomy, and medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled treatment under a PT-authored plan of care in patients' homes — therapeutic exercise, mobility and gait training, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and trigger-point techniques.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercises, mobility strategies, and safety.
• Document each visit accurately and communicate progress to the supervising PT.
• Keep every home visit safe and professional.
• Treat a range of cases — post-accident, post-surgical, and chronic-condition patients.
