Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast is hiring for a Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on O’ahu, HI. In-home visits with flexible scheduling; reliable transportation required. Potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 annually based on visits completed.

Licensed PT or PTA in Hawaii with 1+ year of clinical/home health experience is preferred. Competitive per-visit pay: PT $80, PTA $55–$60.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations and reassessments, plus fall risk assessments.
• Document progress and communicate with the care team.
