Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services on O’āhu seeks licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for per diem in-home visits. Choose your own patients with flexible scheduling; PT visits are paid at $80 per visit and PTA visits at $55–$60 per visit.

A Hawaii license is required, along with reliable transportation to patient homes. This role focuses on fall prevention, mobility, and helping seniors stay safe and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• At least 1 year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Perform evaluations, reassessments and fall-risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
