Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services in O’ahu, HI is seeking licensed Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) for in-home per diem visits. Per-visit rates are $80 for PT and $55–$60 for PTA, with potential to earn $100,000–$120,000 per year based on visits.

Responsibilities include in-home visits, evaluations, fall risk assessments, and thorough documentation, communicating progress with the care team. Hawaii license and transportation required.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
