Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services on O'ahu, HI is hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants for per diem, in-home visits to support seniors’ independence and safety at home.

You will perform initial evaluations, ongoing assessments, and fall risk screenings, document progress, and coordinate with the care team for optimal outcomes. Flexible scheduling and reliable transportation are required.

Qualifications

• Hawaii PT/PTA license required.
• Minimum 1 year clinical experience, home health preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Potential to Earn $100,000-$120,000/Year

Pay:

• PT: $80 per visit
• PTA: $55-$60 per visit

Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required)

Schedule: Flexible / Per diem - choose your own patients
