Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Treasure Coast is hiring for a Physical Therapist (PT) and a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for per diem, in Ohu, HI. Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred).
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
