Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services - Treasure Coast is hiring a Physical Therapist (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for per diem work on O’ahu, HI. Flexible scheduling and in-home visits offer a strong earning potential.

You will perform evaluations, provide home-based therapy, reassess fall risk, and document progress for the care team. Hawaii license and 1+ year clinical/home-health experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.

Qualifications

• Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA.
• 1+ year of clinical experience; home health preferred.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy visits.
• Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments.
• Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team.
