Select Physical Therapy in Greenwood, IN is seeking an Outpatient Physical Therapist to provide area coverage in patients' homes. You’ll treat adults to geriatrics with orthopedics and sports-related injuries, delivering personalized care in a home setting.

This PRN role offers $50.00–$55.00 per hour (commensurate with experience) and the chance to build meaningful patient relationships while helping individuals regain function.

Qualifications

• DPT degree required or equivalent.
• Current state license to practice in Indiana or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home outpatient physical therapy coverage.
• Evaluate and treat patients across adults to geriatrics with orthopedics and sports injuries.
• Direct and document patient progress and outcomes.
