Job summary

Luna is hiring physical therapists to provide in-home, tech-enabled outpatient care. You’ll set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients with a short drive. Use the Luna app to document visits in minutes and manage care across a single patient per session.

Expect per-visit pay with potential for more visits, Safety Shield for PT safety, and integrated Luna Exercise programs. Work location is on the road across the United States.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Reliable personal transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork)
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments
