Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed home care Physical Therapist to serve adult and geriatric patients in their homes around Media, PA. You will enjoy a flexible schedule, a consistent caseload, and a supportive team as you provide in-home PT services.

The role is paid on a per-visit basis with rates between $60 and $80 per visit. Mileage reimbursement, paid training, and mentorship accompany a stable home health caseload and potential for career growth.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapist license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification required.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in homes.
• Comfort with technology: email, texting, EMR systems (training provided)

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients.
• Evaluate mobility, strength and function to set treatment goals.
• Implement rehab and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
