Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to provide in-home, tech-enabled outpatient care. You will set your own schedule and be paired with nearby patients, typically within a short drive, delivering care per the patient’s plan of care using the Luna app for documentation.

Work involves treating patients in their homes, with per-visit pay and opportunities to increase earnings by accepting more visits.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license is required.
• Reliable personal transportation is required.
• Liability insurance is required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
