Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy seeks licensed physical therapists to deliver one-on-one outpatient care in patients’ homes, managing each plan of care and documenting progress through the Luna app. Flex your schedule and earn per-visit pay, with potential to increase earnings by accepting more visits.

Must hold an active state PT license, liability insurance, CPR/BLS, and have reliable transportation; experience in geriatrics, neurology, or orthopedics is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Liability insurance required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with patients within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
