Job summary

Luna Physical Therapy is seeking licensed physical therapists to deliver one-on-one outpatient PT in patients’ homes, following each patient’s full plan of care. You set your availability and Luna matches you with nearby patients within a 30-minute drive, with quick in-app documentation.

You will receive per-visit pay and can increase earnings by adding visits. Eligible PTs have an active state license, liability insurance, and CPR/BLS certification, and work is on the road with flexible

Qualifications

• Active, state-specific PT license.
• Liability insurance.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient PT in patients' homes, treating each patient through their full plan of care.
• Set your own availability; Luna matches you with nearby patients, within a max 30-minute drive - 12 min on average.
• Complete documentation in 3-5 min using the Luna app (no OASIS or Start-of-Care paperwork).
• Treat one patient per visit with no overlapping appointments.
