Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Completion of the National Certification Examination for Registered Physical Therapists.
• Physical therapy license in the state of practice.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients by teaching exercises to strengthen or stretch muscles and alleviate pain.
• Consult with patients on symptoms and develop rehabilitation plans.
• Develops treatment plans and therapy goals.
• Maintains patient records and progress documentation.
• Communicates patient status to family, staff and other professionals.
