Job summary

InHome Therapy is seeking a licensed home care Physical Therapist (PT) to serve adult and geriatric patients in and around Media, Delaware County. This role offers a flexible schedule, consistent caseload, and a supportive team focused on meaningful outcomes.

The position is paid on a per-visit basis with compensation depending on experience. Benefits vary by employment status and hours, with potential for training, mentorship, and additional company perks.

Qualifications

• Active physical therapy (PT) license in good standing.
• BLS CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to see patients in their homes.
• Basic comfort with technology - email, texting, EMR systems (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home physical therapy services to adult and geriatric patients in your community.
• Evaluate patient mobility, strength, and function to develop individualized treatment goals.
• Implement effective rehabilitation and therapeutic exercise programs.
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and preventive care.
• Maintain accurate and timely home health care documentation per Medicare and agency standards.
