Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. is seeking a Compassionate Private Duty Registered Nurse to provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the patient’s home in Roanoke, Virginia. This role emphasizes assessment, planning, and execution of individualized care plans with strong clinical judgment.

You will administer medications, monitor chronic and acute conditions, educate families, and collaborate with physicians and the care team to deliver safe, patient-centered home care.

Qualifications

• Active RN licensure.
• Strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and compassionate, patient-focused communication.
• Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain professionalism.

Responsabilités
