Job summary

Storm Guardian Generators is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to grow our residential standby power business in the Houston area. You will meet homeowners, explain the benefits of whole-house generators, and design proposals that close deals with a focus on service and satisfaction.

This role offers uncapped commissions, sales tools, and a path for career growth within a growing network across the Midwest and South. Full benefits and training are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of in-home sales experience (home improvement or home services).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and active auto insurance.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Represent Storm Guardian Generators during in-home consultations with residential customers.
• Educate homeowners on the benefits of standby power and assess needs to recommend the best solution.
• Prepare and present compelling proposals that lead to closed deals.
• Coordinate with support teams to ensure smooth installation and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to a positive team culture.
