Qualifications

• 3+ years of dedicated postpartum doula experience.
• Must be legal to work in the US.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Up-to-date TDAP and flu vaccinations; COVID optional.
• Strong, verifiable in-home newborn and postpartum doula care references.
• Professional, discreet and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Provide soothing techniques, newborn care, and feeding support.
• Care for baby so mom can rest, shower, or attend to herself.
• Offer reassurance and guidance to first-time parents.
• Manage 1–2 shifts per week initially (4–6 hours).
• After 4 weeks, schedule increases to at least 2 shifts per week.
