Job summary

Tutor Doctor of North Jersey is seeking dynamic physics tutors to provide in-home, one-on-one instruction for high school and college students in Ridgewood, NJ and surrounding communities.

Ideal candidates have a strong physics background, at least two years of teaching or tutoring, a bachelor’s degree, and a valid driver's license to travel within a 10–15 mile radius. Flexible scheduling and support are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in physics, chemistry or related field.
• Minimum 2 years tutoring or teaching experience.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle; willingness to travel within 10–15 miles of Ridgewood, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home, one-on-one instruction tailored to each student.
• Track progress and submit session reports after each visit.
• Coordinate scheduling around student and tutor availability.
