Job summary

CVS Health’s Signify Health is seeking a Part-Time Physician to deliver in-home health evaluations. The visit lasts about 45 minutes and includes a medication and medical history review, plus a physical evaluation. Additional diagnostic tests may be performed if ordered by the health plan.

You will work within a national clinician network, traveling locally and within licensed states as needed, and will not prescribe medications or alter existing regimens during visits.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses preferred.

Responsibilities

• Join a national network of clinicians dedicated to improving health outcomes.
• Visit millions nationwide to connect patients with the right care.
• Collaborate with Signify Health as a clinician colleague.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Provide Signify Health services as indicated, including diagnostic and preventive testing.
