Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is seeking a part-time Physician to provide in-home health evaluations, visiting patients in their homes and bridging gaps in care. The role supports a national clinician network with flexible local travel and a focus on patient-centered health outcomes.

MD or DO with an active license is required; multi-state licenses are preferred. The position offers part-time hours (29.5 per week) and benefits eligibility in accordance with hours worked.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver in-home health evaluations and connect patients with the right care.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed.
• Conduct virtual visits when required and perform diagnostic tests as ordered.
• Use iPad workflow to guide evaluations and document findings.
• Provide diagnostic and preventive services as indicated (spirometry, bone density, etc.).
