Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health, seeks a Part Time Physician to perform in-home health evaluations. The role involves ~29.5 hours weekly, visiting members in their homes, reviewing medications and medical history, and providing appropriate health guidance.

• Conduct virtual visits as needed.
• Provide all Signify Health services as indicated including Diagnostic & Preventive Services products (i.e., spirometry, DEE, bone density screening, etc.)
