Signify Health, part of CVS Health, is seeking physician contractors (MD/DO) to conduct in-home assessments, review medical history, and address barriers to care for health-plan members.

You’ll work flexible shifts with no nights or weekends required, earning up to $3,000–$5,000 weekly (base $100 per completed assessment) plus potential pay-per-test incentives, malpractice coverage, and travel accommodations where eligible.

Responsabilités

• Conduct in-home visits focusing on overall health and identify barriers to care
• Earn up to $3,000 to $5,000 each week (average 6-9 visits daily, base $100 per completed assessment)
• Earn additional compensation via pay-per-test model for eligible visits
• Shifts available Monday - Sunday (no nights/weekends required)
• Short-term or long-term basis
• Pre-scheduled in-home visits with health plan members
• Airfare, hotel, and rental car provided where eligible
• Malpractice coverage
• Availability incentives based on weekly availability
• Paid collaborative physician roles available in certain states
