Job summary

Signify Health, part of CVS Health®, seeks a Full Time Physician to deliver in-home health evaluations, meeting patients in their own homes and bridging gaps in care. You will perform history reviews, physicals, and optional tests while explaining findings and next steps.

The role supports flexible travel, includes comprehensive benefits, and requires MD or DO licensure with active, unrestricted status. Prior licensure across multiple states is a plus.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted license(s) in the coverage area(s).
• Multi-state licenses are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home health evaluations; assess medical history and perform physical evaluation.
• Travel locally and within licensed states as needed; conduct virtual visits when required.
• Engage with health plans to bridge gaps in care and provide diagnostic and preventive services.
