Job summary
Angels Care Home Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support licensed therapists in delivering in-home care in Casa Grande, Arizona. The PTA will implement selected components of patient interventions and contribute to treatment plans.
Ideal candidates are CAPTE-accredited PTA graduates with an active license, CPR certification, and reliable transportation. Experience in home health and knowledge of DME are advantages, with a commitment to high-quality patient
Qualifications
- Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
- Current unrestricted PTA license or state certification; valid driver’s license.
- Experience as required by the state board to treat patients in their homes.
- Therapy skills consistent with APTA standards.
Responsibilities
- Provide PTA services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist and implement components of patient interventions.
- Assist in home health therapy sessions and support patient progress in the home setting.
