Angels Care Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to deliver therapy services under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist in patients' homes across Camp Verde, AZ. You will implement selected components of PT interventions and ensure care adheres to established standards.

The role requires an unrestricted PTA license, current CPR, a valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation to travel to patients’ homes.

Qualificações

• Graduated from a CAPTE-accredited PTA program.
• Current unrestricted PTA license or certification (state-specific).
• Current unrestricted Driver’s License.
• Experience as required by the State Board to treat patients in their homes.
• Therapy skills per accepted standards (APTA).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of durable medical equipment for PT needs.
• CPR certification current.
• Reliable transportation with valid auto liability insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy services under the supervision and direction of the licensed physical therapist.
• Implement selected components of patient interventions and treatments.
• Adhere to professional standards and state regulations for home health PT services.
