Signature Bend Home Health is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for full-time in Bend, OR. You will provide in-home physical therapy under the supervising PT, implementing treatment plans and educating patients and caregivers to improve function.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments in patients' homes under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Implement individualized treatment plans to improve strength, mobility, balance, coordination, transfers, gait, and overall function.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate changes to the supervising Physical Therapist.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, safety techniques, and assistive devices.
• Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
