Job summary

Right at Home Montgomery is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with home care experience to join our compassionate team serving Montgomery, AL. This role offers flexible PRN scheduling and the chance to make a tangible difference in clients’ independence and safety at home.

As a PTA, you will assist with functional mobility, gait training, post-surgical rehab, fall prevention, and educate clients and families while coordinating care and documenting progress.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant license (LPTA).
• Experience providing home health PT services and working with diverse client populations preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with functional mobility and gait training in home settings.
• Support post-surgical rehabilitation programs and fall prevention strategies.
• Provide client and family education and coordinate care with other providers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and outcomes.
