Job summary

Right at Home is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with home care experience to help clients regain movement and independence in their own homes. You’ll use mobility and gait training, support post-surgical rehab, and provide fall-prevention strategies with compassionate, patient-centered care.

We offer a flexible PRN schedule and a company vehicle for visits. Travel may be up to one hour each way.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with home care experience.
• Skilled in functional mobility and gait training.
• Experience with post-surgical rehabilitation programs.
• Ability to educate clients and families and coordinate care.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home physical therapy to improve mobility and independence.
