Job summary

Right at Home in Huntsville, AL seeks a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant to provide skilled home health care. You will visit clients in their homes, performing mobility and gait training, supporting post-surgical rehab, and implementing fall prevention strategies.

Qualifications

• Licensed PTA with Home Care experience is required.
• Ability to perform functional mobility and gait training.
• Experience supporting post-surgical rehabilitation programs.
• Knowledge of fall prevention strategies and patient education.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home PTA services to help regain strength and independence.
• Assist with functional mobility, gait training, and ADLs.
• Support postoperative rehab plans and safety education.
• Educate clients and families; coordinate care with caregivers and physicians.
• Maintain accurate documentation of visits and progress.
