NPAworldwide is seeking a passionate Physical Therapist to join a thriving home health care team in Colorado. This full-time position focuses on delivering patient-centered therapy in patients' homes, promoting mobility and independence.

The role requires CAPTE-approved Master’s in Physical Therapy, current Colorado licensure, CPR certification, and a valid driver's license. Experience in community/home health is preferred, with a salary range of $101,000–$112,000 annually.

Formación

• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist.
• CAPTE-approved Master's in Physical Therapy.
• Licensed to practice in the state of operation.
• CPR certification maintained.
• Driver with ability to travel to all locations.

Responsabilidades

• Perform comprehensive physical assessments and analyze medical histories.
• Create and implement tailored treatment plans addressing rehabilitation goals.
• Conduct therapeutic exercises and training programs to improve mobility.
• Educate patients and families on injury prevention and recovery.
• Monitor and document progress, adjusting plans as needed.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with standards.
