Qualifications

• Current license in the State of Florida.
• 1+ year of experience as a licensed PT or PTA, preferably in home health.
• Thorough understanding of Medicare documentation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home physical therapy evaluations and reassessments.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Monitor and document patient responses to treatment.
