Job summary

Senior Care Solutions is looking for a PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to provide skilled therapy services to patients in their homes in Boca Raton, FL. You will work independently while receiving full support from Clinical Managers and staff.

The ideal candidate is a licensed PT in Florida with at least one year of experience, preferably in home health. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, creating treatment plans, and educating patients and caregivers.

This position offers a flexible schedule suitable for part-time or per diem work.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Florida, active and in good standing.
• Minimum of one year of physical therapy experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills.
